• The site: building type, surface, viewing distance and any constraints found during the survey.
• The design: sign type, lighting style, materials and finishes chosen, and why.
• The approvals: whether landlord, body-corporate or municipal consent was part of the job.
• Manufacture and installation: how it was built and fixed, with day and night photographs where lit.
• Aftercare: maintenance considerations for that installation.
