Frequently asked questions
How do I choose between front-lit, halo-lit and dual-lit letters?
Front-lit letters glow from the face and are the most direct. Halo-lit letters light the wall behind and look refined. Dual-lit combines both. See our lighting technology page.
Can you make a sign from my logo?
Yes. Send a vector version and a photo of the site, and we will propose construction, lighting and materials.
What size should my letters be?
As a rough guide, many designers allow around 25 mm of letter height per 10 m of viewing distance. We confirm on site because angle, speed and obstructions matter.
Which metals do you work with?
Stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and corten, among others. See materials and finishes.
Can signs be colour changing or animated?
Colour-changing and pixel effects are possible on some signs, subject to technical assessment and confirmed availability.
Do I need permission to put up a sign?
Often yes. Depending on the site you may need consent from your landlord, body corporate or the municipality. We flag this during survey and design, but cannot promise approval.
Who arranges approvals?
The property owner or tenant remains responsible, and we help by providing drawings and advice.
Do you install the signs?
Yes. Installation is arranged by appointment after manufacture.

Can you repair an existing sign?
Often. See maintenance enquiries.
How do I look after an illuminated sign?
Keep faces clean, report dark sections early, and avoid pressure washing electrical parts. Our guides explain more.
Can you brand my vehicles?

Can you handle many sites at once?

How is a sign priced?
Price depends on size, materials, lighting, access, approvals and number of sites. Quotes are written after survey and design.
Where is your shop?
